Each person’s journey is different.

I acknowledge that healing from the conditioning of our trauma is not a linear journey and cannot be approached halfheartedly. 

From a somatic and spiritually informed perspective, as your mentor I help you recognize patterns and coping mechanisms that are keeping you in old cycles that hold you back from achieving your aspirations. 

I help you see and name the threads in the story of your life so that you can recognize your own patterns and what keeps you from deeper alignment.

Together, we will identify where you have been influenced by outside conditioning that leads you to operate in your life from programming that is not true to you and is holding you back from your highest potential. I am here to guide and support you to find the answers within you. 

This mentorship will support you in arriving at new depths of understanding and self awareness that will create a strong foundation for your path ahead. The more layers that are peeled away the more you will feel your personal power and embodied strength.

Please note that this is an application call for high-impact, one-on-one coaching, consulting, and mentorship, with investments beginning at four figures. If we both feel aligned to move forward, your enrollment can be completed on the call with a deposit and I will provide you with investment options, including payment plans.
