The Embodiment is two separate sessions. In the first we will cover what you need to begin your human design alignment journey, as offered in the Quick and Dirty Alignment Signature session.
Then in session two I guide you through learning and understanding your centers and channel gifts so that you will be able to lead yourself away from not-self programming by dropping into attunement with your strategy and authority.
1 60 min session - Quick and Dirty Alignment with a follow-up questionnaire to prep for the Deep Dive
1 90 min - Deep Dive tailored to your needs with questions and how to apply your design to your life, goes into centers and deconditioning with guidance on how to move forward by concentrating on dropping into your body, strategy and authority, and the first two variables, digestion and environment.
